Polyphony Digital has released Gran Turismo 7 Update 1.67, kicking off 2026 with a mix of race-bred machinery and new events. The patch adds three cars – a GT3-spec Porsche, a regulation-ready Hyundai touring car and an extreme-performance EV from Xiaomi. There are also three new World Circuit races, a fresh Café Extra Menu and a new Scapes curation. The update is available worldwide with staggered rollout times.

The selection leans into real-world motorsport tech and performance numbers, while expanding single-player event variety and photo-mode locations. Below are the key details confirmed by the official announcement.

Release Timing and Requirements

Availability: January 28 at 22:00 PT / January 29 at 06:00 GMT / 15:00 JST. Note: An Internet connection is required to apply the update.

Three New Cars – Gt Pedigree and a 1,527 Bhp Ev Wildcard

  • Porsche 911 GT3 R (992) ’22 – A dedicated GT racer derived from the 992 platform, powered by a 4.2-liter flat-six producing up to 557 BHP. Construction uses carbon-fiber and aramid, with RSR-derived suspension, a longer wheelbase for stability, AP Racing brakes and a modernized cockpit focused on competition.
  • Hyundai Elantra N TC ’24 – Developed to meet international touring car regulations, building on the road car’s 2.0-liter turbo unit rated at 276 BHP and 40.0 kgfm (0-62 mph in 5.3 seconds for the production model). Race prep includes a wide-body aero package, carbon-fiber splitter, large rear wing, a six-speed sequential gearbox, adjustable racing suspension, endurance-spec brakes, weight reduction, added rigidity and a regulation roll cage.
  • Xiaomi SU7 Ultra ’25 – A tri-motor AWD BEV targeting maximum performance: up to 1,527 BHP, with rear motors spinning to 27,200 rpm, 0-62 mph in 1.98 seconds and a 217.5 mph top speed. The chassis features carbon-fiber body panels, cell-to-body construction and gigacasting for rigidity and low weight. A carbon-fiber aero kit generates 285 kg of downforce; high-performance brakes deliver a 62-0 mph stopping distance of 30.8 meters. The car also includes active suspension and advanced driver assistance systems.

Three curated events expand the single-player calendar across different performance bands and tracks:

Esports – Gt World Series Online Qualifiers

The Gran Turismo World Series Online Qualifiers are underway. The Manufacturers Cup has reached its final stages, with Round 5 live now and the final round scheduled for Saturday, January 31. The focus then shifts to the Nations Cup Online Qualifiers, running across six rounds from Wednesday, February 11 to Saturday, February 28.
