Helldivers 2’s Festival of Reckoning is back with timed stratagems

Arrowhead has detailed the 2025 Festival of Reckoning – an in‑game event for Helldivers 2 that centers on holiday Major Orders and temporary stratagem access. The celebration kicks off on December 18 and spans the end-of-year window with set global times. During the event, players will see rotating orders and notifications that outline what’s active at any given moment. The studio also points to a trailer highlighting the seasonal rollout.
Dates and timing
The event starts and ends at the following times as listed by the studio:
- Start: December 18 – 2am PT / 10am GMT / 11am CET / 7pm JST
- End: December 31 – 14.59pm PT / 10.59pm GMT / 11.59pm CET / 7.59am PT (Jan 1)
The window covers late December across regions, providing an extended period to take part in the seasonal Major Orders.
What’s in the event
- Holiday Major Orders: Special assignments will be issued for the duration of the festival.
- Limited-time stratagem access: A wide set of stratagems becomes available temporarily for event play.
- Includes Premium Warbonds items: Some stratagems usually tied to Premium Warbonds will be enabled for the festival period.
- In‑game dispatches: Notifications will announce which celebratory Major Order is live and the mandatory celebration stratagems currently available.
