Pikmin short film Close to You arrives as Nintendo Pictures’ first

Nintendo has introduced “Close to You,” a two-part animated short centered on Pikmin. The studio says the videos are meant to be viewed one after the other to uncover the full narrative. The first part debuted on October 7 in the Nintendo Today! app for smart devices, followed by the second part on October 8. These are the first short films produced by Nintendo Pictures Co., Ltd. The company also indicates that more video content is in development.
