Xbox updates: Play Anywhere tops 1,000, cloud streaming grows
Xbox outlined a fresh round of platform updates across console, PC, and cloud. The headline numbers are clear: over 1,000 games now support Xbox Play Anywhere, while the cloud “Stream your own game” library exceeds 1000+ owned titles for eligible subscribers. Fallout 76 adds a dynamic background for Xbox Series X|S, the Handheld Compatibility Program tags more titles, and retro gaming continues to grow on Game Pass. Input options also expand, with 130+ mouse-and-keyboard and 230+ touch-enabled cloud games now available.

Fallout 76 – Dynamic background on Xbox Series X|S
A new dynamic background themed around Fallout 76’s Burning Springs content is available on Xbox Series X|S. It adds another option to personalize the console dashboard in line with the latest in-game setting.

Xbox’s Handheld Compatibility Program now highlights games that are optimized for handheld play. The indicator appears on product detail pages across Windows devices and in the dedicated handheld-compatible channel on supported Windows handhelds. Recently tagged additions include:
