Attitude returns to WWE 2K25: five icons, new moves, and a mystery

WWE 2K25 is dipping back into one of its defining periods with the release of the Attitude Era Superstars Pack, available today. The character-focused DLC adds five playable Superstars and more than 50+ new moves and taunts, plus a tag entrance tailored to a classic duo. Alongside the roster drop, 2K is expanding the game’s open-world hub, The Island, with a narrative add-on dubbed the Hall of Legends. The studio also outlined recent changes to MyFACTION and confirmed a fresh addition to the roster from last week.

Attitude Era Superstars Pack – who’s in and what it adds

The new DLC introduces a focused lineup of late-1990s and early-2000s standouts, each bringing signature offense and presentation touches.

Expect 50+ new moves and taunts, including Mark Henry’s World’s Strongest Slam, Victoria’s Widowspeak, D’Lo Brown’s ‘Lo Down, and Road Dogg’s Shake, Rattle & Roll. Pairing Road Dogg and Billy Gunn also unlocks a unique New Age Outlaws entrance for that team-up.

Hall of Legends expands The Island

Rolling out alongside the DLC, the Hall of Legends expansion adds fresh content to The Island with a storyline centered on a tournament where a thief steals prized WWE memorabilia during the opening match. Players join a search led by Goldberg, Nikki Bella, Diamond Dallas Page, and Trish Stratus to recover the missing items and identify the culprit.

The expansion also enables players to unlock Goldberg and Nikki Bella as playable characters across WWE 2K25. The Island is available on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2. Hall of Legends content is not available in MyFACTION.

MyFACTION – Eras Pack details

In MyFACTION, the Eras Pack released on September 12, featuring retro takes on WWE Superstars, including a Persona card of Trish Stratus ’03. The drop includes 8 Persona cards, with up to 8 additional Personas obtainable through collection rewards and associated live events. Completing the Total Impact live event, for example, grants a 2000s-era AJ Styles Persona with a short haircut and the “Get Ready to Fly” entrance theme.

Roster note: El Grande Americano

El Grande Americano joined the roster a week ago for players who own the New Wave Pack, expanding current-day options alongside the Attitude-inspired arrivals.
